How a finished piece travels from our New Delhi atelier to your hands.
Most clients prefer to receive their piece at the salon, M 73, Shop 5, M Block Market, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi 110048, where it is presented and fitted with an advisor present.
Our hours are Wed – Mon · 11:30 – 19:30 · Tuesday closed.
Where you prefer delivery, pieces travel fully insured by a secure jewellery courier, signature required. We share tracking details once the consignment leaves the atelier.
Ready pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment clearing. Bespoke commissions follow the timeline agreed with you.
International shipment is arranged case by case, subject to export documentation and the import rules of the destination country. Duties and taxes at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Every piece is presented in maison packaging with its hallmark details and, where applicable, its laboratory certificate and care guidance.
