Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our website, placing an order and/or completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described below. Heart of gold reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions or any policies or guidelines of this site at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site

At “Heart of Gold”, we adhere to stringent quality control and are confident in the expertise of our designers and goldsmiths to master every piece and produce stunning and scintillating jewellery.
In the unlikely event, if you are unhappy with your purchase, the following return policies and terms and conditions applies.

• Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and in saleable condition

• The jewellery must not be missing any of its original diamonds and gemstones.

• The jewellery must not have been broken, mishandled, altered by any other jeweller, heated or treated in any way.

• The gross weight and the net weight of the jewellery must be the same as was originally sold.

• The jewellery must be returned with all the supporting documents and invoices, all certificates and gemstone grading reports it came with and with original packaging.

• If you have lost any of the certificates, there would be cost and expenses involved in replacing those certificates which would be calculated at the time of return of the jewellery, and therefore we reserve the right to deduct the same amount from the refund.

• Return/Refund shall only be accepted and initiated after the due examination of the product by our quality control team and if found correct, refund shall be processed within 3-4 weeks by way of an account payee cheque or NEFT/RTGS credited in favour of the person whose name was mentioned on the invoice at the time of sale.

• Please note that the returns and cancellations are not applicable to bespoke or custom jewelry designs and orders unless confirmed in writing prior to your orders being placed and therefore any cost incurred on procuring, making, handling and any loss and expenses thereof would be borne by the customer.

International Buyers

When ordering from ” Heart of Gold”, the recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will be transferred to the recipient upon the delivery to the carrier.

Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to custom’s fees,import duties, taxes, insurance and other charges of the destination country where applicable.These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Once your item(s) has been shipped, and in case of any order cancellation, it will take effect after it has been returned to us and examined by our quality control department. Returns must be done at your own costs to the company’s destination city.

International refunds are subject to currency fluctuations, bank charges and applicable taxes deductions. The refund will be in the same currency that was used to purchase the product (s). Any individual, company or entity who is directly or indirectly the importer of the product(s), they will be responsible for claiming back any taxes or duties if returning the item for a refund.
