The terms on which we present our jewellery, accept commissions and welcome you to the salon.
Pieces shown on this website are photographed as faithfully as possible. Natural diamonds, emeralds and other gemstones are individual; slight variation in colour, inclusion and dimension is inherent to natural material and is not a defect.
Availability is not guaranteed. Many pieces are one of one, and a piece may be reserved or sold between your enquiry and our reply.
Prices are quoted on request. A quotation reflects prevailing metal and stone rates on the day it is issued and is valid for the period stated on it.
Applicable taxes and duties are added as required by law.
Bespoke and heirloom-redesign commissions begin after a consultation and an agreed design. An advance is payable before work begins and, because each commission is made to your specification, it is not cancellable once production has started.
Where a piece is described as certified, the accompanying laboratory report is supplied with it. Gold is hallmarked in accordance with Indian standards.
Private viewings are by appointment. We ask that you let us know in advance if you cannot attend, so the pieces reserved for you can be released.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
