01Exchange

Ready pieces may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, unworn and in original condition with all documentation and packaging, against another piece of equal or greater value.

02Bespoke and personalised pieces

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces and heirloom redesigns are made to your specification and cannot be exchanged or returned. We work through drawings and approvals with you before production precisely to avoid surprises.

03Resizing and adjustment

First resizing of a ring, and adjustment of chain or clasp length, is complimentary within twelve months where the design allows it.

04Buy-back and upgrade

Gold and certified diamond pieces purchased from us may be exchanged towards a new commission at prevailing rates, assessed at the salon with the original invoice.

05Lifetime care

Complimentary cleaning, polishing and setting checks are offered for the life of the piece.
